Terms of Service
The terms that apply to One3 Technologies websites, hosting, services and software sales.

1. Quotes and scope
Quotes are valid for 14 days. Work is limited to the scope in the approved quote; additional work is quoted separately.
2. Payment
Website projects require a 50% deposit before work starts and the balance before go-live. Previews remain on a One3 staging link with One3 branding until payment is received. One3 Technologies is not VAT-registered and does not charge VAT.
3. Domains
Domains are registered in the client's name once payment is confirmed, at R149 per year payable upfront. Renewal is the client's responsibility unless managed by One3 under an active hosting agreement.
4. Hosting and email
Hosting is included free for the first 12 months of a new website and billed at R79 per month thereafter. Business email is billed at R99 per mailbox per month. Services unpaid for 30 days may be suspended after notice and restored once the account is settled.
5. Changes after launch
After the first year, content changes are billed at R250 per change unless covered by an admin portal or support agreement.
6. Ownership
On full payment the client owns the website content and design delivered for their project. One3 retains ownership of its reusable code libraries, which are licensed to the client for use on their website.
7. Software licences
Software licences are delivered digitally with activation support. Once a licence key has been delivered it is non-refundable, unless it is faulty and cannot be replaced.
8. Liability
One3 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service concerned in the preceding three months.
9. Law
